Introductory Courses
All workshops are available to anyone who would like to learn new skills, meet new people, have a fun day out, help them to decide if they would like a career change and then practise their new techniques on family and friends. 
Attendance certificates will be given to all participants and all materials supplied. Refreshements will be available but you will have to bring your own lunch.

Introduction to Swedish Massage with Susan Mollison £40
The next three hours will be practical work where you will learn how to give a basic back massage and basic leg massage on family and friends. This workshop is for people who would like to learn massage techniques or who are considering joining us for the Diploma in Swedish Massage which is due to start in September. The money paid for this workshop will be deducted from the cost of the Swedish Massage Diploma course.
Wednesday 18th August 5pm - 9pm
A half day workshop in which you will be doing mainly practical work. The first hour of the workshop will be learning the benefits of Swedish massage, the history of Swedish massage, the contraindications and the main massage techniques used in Swedish massage.
