Susan Mollison DARM SMTO DipAAMS

Principal Falkirk Massage School

Susan Mollison was awarded the Nick Carter Memorial award for contribution to Massage Services in March 2010 form the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation.

Susan has diplomas in Swedish Massage, Clinical Aromatherapy, Remedial Sports Massage, Advanced Remedial Massage and a practitioners certificate in Reflexology. She is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation (SMTO) and the General Council of Massage Therapists (GCMT).

Her knowledge and experience of teaching began in 1998 when she gained qualifications in public speaking and presentation skills. At the start of 2000 Susan was employed with Lothian and Borders Police as an IT Instructor prior to teaching massage. Susan used to work with Jackie Tiernan at the Fife School of Massage until 2008 when she decided to open her own school in Falkirk.

Susan was course leader of the Swedish massage diploma course and done various lecturing and tutoring on the Remedial Sports diploma course. Susan recently taught complementary health care in one of the local secondary schools and is often invited by large organisations to give presentations on prevention of injury and pain.

Dr. Andrea Guenther MRCGP, MFHom, DRCOG is a GP and a Homoeopathic Doctor, offering Homoeopath at sumo. She has been working as a Practitioner at the Homoeopathic Hospital in Glasgow and has also taught at the British Homeopathic Society.
 

 

Sara Priestly DARM SMTO is a qualified Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist, working in sumo, her own clinic and a number of corporate sites. She is the Course Leader on the Swedish Massage Diploma course at the Falkirk School.

 

She has over five years teaching experience, having previously taught on Swedish, Remedial & Sports, On-Site Chair and Indian Head massage diploma courses for the Scottish Massage School in Edinburgh.

In 2009 Sara gained her Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching in Further Education

 

Simon Dickson BA(mus) ARMT DOSM started his career in holistic therapies in 2000, having worked as a training consultant within financial services for over 10 years.

 

He has just completed his postgraduate teaching qualification in further education from the University of Dundee. In addition to teaching on the Remedial Sports Diploma course at Falkirk Massage School, Simon works as a therapist in bridge of Allan.

 

He obtained diplomas in Swedish massage, reflexology and Indian head massage from south Trafford College in Manchester before studying in America, where he became a member of the American medical massage association. He gained further diplomas in advanced aesthetics and cosmetology.

 

On his return to Scotland in 2004 he achieved his diplomas in sports and remedial massage and advanced remedial massage from the Scottish massage schools in Edinburgh.
