Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A type of massage to stimulate lymph flow by using slow, gentle and specific strokes. This is a deeply relaxing treatment which strengthens the immune system as part of a detox treatment, relieves fluid congestion, promotes healing of wounds and burns, improves the appearance of old scars, promotes the healing of fractures, torn ligaments, sprains and can be used after surgery to speed healing.
